Do you focus on particular industries?

No, not intentionally. However, certain areas of focus have developed over the past few years: self-employed individuals, freelancers, lawyers, medical practices, skilled trades, retail, restaurants, hotels, associations, NGOs, and real estate companies. These industries appreciate our approach—creating a professional website quickly, easily, and within a suitable budget.

How do you approach a project?

We get started right away after a short briefing. We work closely with you in short coordination cycles instead of holding long workshops or presentations. All we need for the briefing is the desired page layout, your branding elements (logo, colors, fonts), images, and texts. We use this information to create a first draft, which we then optimize together. For more complex projects, we first develop a concept with wireframes and then design directly in WordPress.

How do you communicate within the project?

We keep our projects calm and focused: few emails, clear communication, no unnecessary meetings. We manage projects with Basecamp and use Zoom, Teams, or other tools for briefings as needed. Our goal: stress-free projects that are completed on time and inspire you.

What happens after the project?

Most of our customers stay with us after their website launch. We offer maintenance contracts and are available for support, troubleshooting, and further development. We advise on new ideas and implement them. We provide a ticket system for communication, but can also be reached by email and phone. We bill additional work in 15-minute increments based on time.

Do you only create websites?

Yes, because specialization makes us fast, reliable, and high-quality. We focus on WordPress and have developed our own workflow that allows us to work efficiently.
